Just had to say something after a good experience.

I recently contacted Kona Tech to see about getting some spacer hardware to mount a new rear shock on my 08 Four-Deluxe. Bought the RS shock online without spacers, and my LBS referred me to Kona instead of trying to order them for me. After an e-mail, I heard back same day that they would contact RS about getting the spacers. Next day I got an update that they would forward my bike info and address to RS; and less then a week later, I received a package. They sent me the needed hardware free of charge and even covered shipping, even though I offered to pay.

I can't say how surprised I was that this was done. I feel it was worth mentioning. This kind of service makes me happy to be a Kona rider.
