Any thoughts on adding hydraulic brakes to a 2010 Kona Unit?

Needing some help. My 2010 Kona Unit (green metallic) came with Avid BB7 Brakes (cable discs). I want to run hydraulic discs. Anybody run into this? Did you dremel the cable stops? Other ideas would be appreciated

there are attachments on the frame for full housings. Actually, didn't your BB7 brakes come with full housings too? That's how I run my BB7 and I'm sure that's how it came out of the box too. no?

Mine has two sets of cable stops down the non drive side and a separate full cable set down the dive side. The non drive seat stay has full cable braze-ons. I guess I could run the rear brake down the drive side and switch over to the non drive at/around the seat tube.

The bb7s were not set up full housing...I purchased it second hand so I do not know if that is how it came originally.
