Podium Chain Ring
I'm looking at downsizing the chain ring size on my Podium. Currently have a 38t, and it is a bit much when pedalling up the hill. Looking at possibly going down to a 32, 33, or 34. Just wanted to poll other Podium owners to see what you are running and how you like it.
Not trail riding or riding uphill, only transfers from lift to trail...
If I did have to pedal more, would look at a 34/36 depending upon terrain.

si vis pacem...
I'm running a 36 and it's been great. I'm rocking a Dura-Ace 12-27 cassette out back and if I was racing I may want to go to a 38 or 37, (yes, they are out there) but for general DH riding the 36 has never left me wanting more.
I think mine has a 35. Ordered a 36 but I think a 35 showed up by mistake and I just kept it. Seems to work fine, I have an 11-25 in the back.
If jackasses could fly this place would be an airport.
34t will work, doubt youd need to go lower.

Depends on how much and where you are pedalling it I would guess? My wife runs a 31T front and 11-36T rear so she can spin up the fire roads on Mt Fromme and the climbing trails on Seymour. She does half Shore rides half Whistler with her Podium with a single crown fork.
I am in the Vancouver/Tri-cities area, and I pedal more than shuttle. I think I will go for the 34t.
Thanks for the input.
