    Oops......Okay got it right now!

This is more like what was intended for this forum.

While in Whistler my DU bushings got sloppy on my Woodie, so I was able to try a buddy's Medium 2013 Podium with the CCDB Air.

My eyes were opened. Not only was the New Podium amazing, but a Medium was just as stable and more flickable than my Large. It was an expensive, but necessary test ride.

As soon as I got home I sold my Podium, called Dusty and ordered a Medium Podium with the CCDB Air. 2 weeks later it showed up and it came with the new CS CCDB Air. The switch really does change the dynamic of the shock. It heavily, I mean heavily, dampens the shock and it really stays up high in the stroke.

    Really nice looking bike.

Any reason you went and used a Fox Float 36 180 converted to 160 instead of just using a Fox Float 36 160? Or is that a further part of the upgraditus?

Edit - the above comment made much more sense with your original misplaced posting.

Hmmm... How are you like the Float 40? I'm thinking going that direction next year and off loading the Dorado or at least back to back testing them.

It feels great. It has the same qualities as the coil version, stays higher in the travel, doesn't brake dive and is over a pound lighter.
