    Knolly Warranty

Recently my endorphin developed a creak around the suspension. I took it to my local knolly dealer and they replaced all the bearings and bolts with knolly equipment. All bolts were torqued to spec. The creak still occurs and after you cycle through the suspension a few times some of the bolts seize up and are extremely hard to remove. A couple that were removed showed some aluminum shavings on threads. Has anyone had a similar experience as this and/or how is knollys warranty. Bike is less than two years old and the creak is not related to seatpost, bottom bracket, or headset. I am almost worried their might be a small invisible crack or fatigue starting.

It could be bent linkage(s) or stays might be slightly tweaked. Did the frame assemble smoothly as in everything fit together smoothly?
