G-AIR: I'm curious about your pedals (those on the Knolly, not the Radio Flyer). What are they, and would you recommend them?
those look like Point1Racing Podiums on G-AIR's Chili no?
For those of you guys running 1X setups, what size chainring in the front?
(edit: just noticed Wilks is running a 32T)

You are correct, sir!
Thanks!
Lets see a 29 lb. Chili!
I'm thinking with some planning and carbon that this is possible with a large frame. Seeing alot of them right at 31-32 lbs with stout tires & wheels. Somebody needs to throw on some carbon wheels, carbon cranks & bars, lighter tires, RP23 w/ a Fox Float 160 RLC. I'm throwing the challenge out there.

I don't think I will make it since mine is coming with an CCDB Air, and I will be using a Reverb. But, I will weigh it up with another seatpost first and see what she weighs. It should be fairly close as I have the ENVE bars and SIXC cranks. Ironically the Hans Dampf tires seem to run +/- 75g, so maybe I will get 'lucky' with a lighter pair.

It wouldn't be hard. Just using mine as an example, I could lose about a 1/4 lbs in handlebars, a 1/2 lb going to XTR or SixC cranks, and maybe a 1/2 lb going to an RP23? That'd be 30.5 or there abouts right there.
And who knows with lighter tires?
My wheelset weighs 1953g as well, so not exactly super light.

The American Classic AM Tubeless wheels I put on my new El Guapo were 1580 grams w/ the 20mm front hub, thats another pound. The Float 160 RLC is right about 4.5 lbs, I'm not sure what the RS forks weigh. I think 29 lbs is totally feasible and it wouldnt be a weight weenie build either.
