    Chilli size

    Hello
I'm 1.71 cm height and would like to get a new chillcotin.
Usually my bikes were small but heard the chilli might be short bike..
    What do think?

    If I'm reading this right and you're 1.71 meters (not CM ), then that's 5' 6".

I'm 5'8" and started with a medium and I'm on a small now. I prefer the small. That said, the medium worked fine, but I like tighter cockpit bikes for jumping and descending and I'm willing ti give a bit of climbing prowess for that.

It really comes down to personal preference.

my current bike are SJ EVO S 2012, has an effective toptube of 55.6 cm
the chilli has 57.0 cm so it is longer in the same S size.
I've recently tried the Liteville 301 size M that has a 58.4 cm (the cilli M is 59.8cm)
the liteville were way to big for me (!) even with a very short 35mm stem.
from these numbers can i safely assume I need a S and not a M?

best bet would be to contact Kevin @ Knolly. He will get you sorted with sizing.

But from your statement above I think you have it figured out. Sounds like you are closer to the small than the medium.

told you...im 1.84 and the L size feels perfect, with short stem.
and ultra balanced in the air
so for your fast roling go for the larger wheel base....i think the m will feel just fine for you
