    CCDB-Air leakdown rate

How often should I expect to have to top up the CCDB air pressure? I set it to 110 psi approx. 2 weeks ago and it had sagged down to 90 psi yesterday.

hmmm....I've never had refill air due to leaks on mine and I've had it for several months now. I've checked from time to time and it's been amazingly stable. Do you have a no-leak valve on your shock pump? If not, this might explain some air loss.

If your air pump is not to blame a would contact cane creek. They have awesome customer service and will get you taken care of. I have had mine a while and it's not leaked any air.

    CCDB-Air leakdown rate

I was having trouble maintaining air pressure with my DB air. Cane Creek told me to check for leaks by taking the shock off off the bike and submerge in a bucket of water. Sure enough I noticed air bubbles slowly leaking from the bolt below the schrader valve. I tightened the bolt up and have had no problem maintaining pressure since. The Cane Creek technician also said to look for air leaks around the shock shaft. If you find a leak there you can tighten the shaft ring with an open ended Shimano type bottom bracket tool. Be careful not to over tighten.

    Hope this helps. Good luck!
