Back in the Knolly family again.....(chilcotin pics inside)

A few of you might remember me from my delirium a few years back

I have missed that bike and since I needed to consolidate to one bike for the next two seasons I figured another knolly would be the perfect "one" bike.

There are a few minor things I would love to upgrade but money is tight so this is my somewhat budget build

    Build is as follows

2013 Large Chilcotin frame with CCDB Air (frame and shock weighed 8lbs 6oz)
Rock Shox lyrik Solo Air DH 170mm fork
hope pro 2 hubs, Stans Flow rims, DT comp spokes
Schwalbe muddy mary front, Fat albert rear (will get HD rear when FA wears out)
    XT brakes
SLX cranks with extralite 30t chainring
    E13 lg1+ chainguide
    Sram X9 1X10 shifter/der/chain
    Sram 11-36 cassette
    Easton Havoc DH carbon bars
    Thompson 50mm stem
    KS lev 150mm post
    WTB devo Carbon TI saddle
    Cane Creek 40 headset
    ESI grips
    Point 1 podium pedals

Weight total = 32 lbs exactly

Haven't got a chance to ride it but if it rides anything close to the Delirium then I will be stoked.

Hopefully I can get out locally in the next few weeks but if not then I will be in moab in april for its maiden voyage.

Huge thanks to Laketown Bikes in West Jordan Utah for helping with the build and ordering my frame.

Sweet. Doesn't seem terribly "budget" to me.

Is the 4-bolt 30-tooth ring custom? Looking for one.

Its from a company called extralite. Google them. They are kind of hard to find in the states and pricey (about $60). You also have to slightly file the tabs on the cranks so the chain clears.

I have been using it for 3 seasons now and have no complaints.

    Welcome back.
Nice looking whip, and agree, not too much really budget about it.

    Renthal chainrings for the win

Ok, When I say budget I guess I was meaning that it wasn't as nice as I would have liked. The fork, wheels, and cranks are all 3 years old.

Ideally I would have wanted a fox float 180 lowered to 170mm, Some I9 wheels, and a full XX1 set up would have been awesome.

What is on there is nice, just a bit worn.

Looking good bubba. I'm encouraged by your weight. I was thinking mine would be closer to 33 with my similar build and lighter tires (for now)... although I do run a front derailleur and double ring.

I need to get mine down to the shop and get it weighed. I'm curious now.

Nice. My buddy just moved from a Sanction to the Chilcotin. Very stoked.
