What did you do to your KHS today?

A little slow around here, so what have you done lately?

I just built up my 204 and put most of my components from my hardtail on it. The last few weeks I got may hands on a few $ and did some upgrades.

This week I...
-Changed out my SOS rims for some Mavic 717's XT hubs
-Changed my no name bars for some Monkeylite sl's
-Sette 90mm stem
-Kalloy cabon post
-WTB pure slt saddle
-BB7's
-Maxxis larsen TT on the rear

I'm around 30lbs now. The bike was pretty chubby before. I'm good for a while. My fork or rear shock will be my next upgrade... Christmas maybe?

got new XT shifters, with gear display removed, put on this afternoon. she's real happy now

I left her home and rode the hardtail.
I do plan on upgrading to SRAM X~7 9-speed like the HT has, so she wasn't completely forgotten. In fact, you could say the KHS will benefit from me taking the HT out.

will be buying a new rock shox sid this winter and possibly some new brakes for my 09' XC Team. I bought the frame and built it up. I will post pics once completed.

Sold one of them, still have 2 though. Only reason I sold one is because i'm looking to do a C/F frame build over the winter or buy an OTS C/F frame bike. Maybe a 2010 or 2011 XC-Team

well, not today, but yesterdy i rode my 604 to the hospital. nothing serious, just getting the fork/shock sent away for servicing, and new DTswiss XR350s put on. hoping to have it back within a month since tyhere's no real rush to get it all done

Adjusted my rim brakes AGAIN!. I think I 'll work on converting to discs, since we have muddy winters here.

Also got a new shock pump so I can fine tune the rear shock... non-crap.

I finally cleaned it and put on some new Wellgo MG-1 pedals.

I stripped it down to the frame so I could sell the Flagstaff and replaced it with a Niner.

got the fork on last week and shock on a short while ago after both being out for a rebuild. gonna be a happy bike when it gets warmer
