    Smile K2 Base Sport DS

It arrived today and all I have to do is put it together. Anybody care to see it once I get it together or is this part of the forum dead?

Congrats on your purchase man, I also own a K2 Base sport and have already done a few low budget upgrades to. Replace that rear coil you will be so happy you did. I lost a lot of weight getting rid of mine n I replaced it with an air shock which gave me the adjustable dampening and all. A much better ride!

You can use any shock you want as long as it's the same length. Due to my budget I bought a lightly used suntour epicon n for the price it has been an amazing shock.

This has been a nice bike to ride. Looking to replace the tires with some that are a little faster.

Do these frames fit a 650b rear wheel ? Are they heavy ?
