    Update

    Craig,

    I've emailed you twice now (Oct 31 and Nov 6) with no response. This is simply not acceptable. The problem with my frame was originally reported to Jamis USA support on July 4th, and I'm still waiting for a resolution.

    I originally purchased a Jamis frame due to the excellent warranty service claimed by others on MTBR. My experience has been the complete opposite. I hope for Jamis' sake that my case has not become the norm at your company.

    If this issue is not resolved in short order, I will be filing an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

    I am sorry that you feel as though you are not getting taken care of, but for what ever reason I have not received any emails from you. I am sorry.

    I am going to send you a PM with another email for you to try. Again sorry about this, I do not know why I am not getting your emails.

    As you can see from other posters on here I get back to everyone that emails in....It may take a few days but I do get back to them.

    Strange that you're not getting the email. I haven't had a problem with anyone else I know receiving my emails.

    I've emailed the new address provided. Let me know if that one doesn't arrive.
