Friend's son bought a 2008 Jamis Parker 2 less than one year ago. has developed a crack in frame. not sure where as i have not seen bike.
Yes it is 5 years old but purchased less than 1 year ago. Went to Jamis site and under archive for 2008 in catalog no mention of warranty terms?
How best to proceed/ Contact Jamis? Was not bought locally but from Jenson USA via internet.
BTW: How do they replace frame? Would they have a stockpile of that frame in a warehouse after all these years?
