    Jamis 09/10

So, im looking at purchasing one of these as my next bike. I currently have a 2009 F7 cannondale and im just growing out of it and need something with little more aggressive features. I live in North Florida and have access to some pretty awesome and technical singletracks, but I also enjoy riding urban. So, im just curious if this bike would be suited for what my needs are.

I just grabbed a 2009 Parker 2 for 1300 bucks from jenson. Its on its way to me now. I was looking at the 2010 Parker 2 on there, but didnt like the "Grape Jelly" color.

I skipped the Parker 1 because of the domain 302 fork. I need compression damping.

Conpression damping is a $50 upgrade to a Domain. You need the damper and knob. I paid $65 + or - for both and it is a HUGE difference, well worth it. It take 5 minutes to install, the 302 just has a cap, no fixed compression damper or such.

This is true, but for 300 more, I got a Lyrik instead of the domain. I am a suspension junkie, I would have paid 300 more even if it was a domain 318. Mission control > Motion control.

Thanks guys for all the useful information. I swear picking a bike is one of the most difficult things ive ever had to do, it seems. I'm also getting a on-one 456 Inbred frame. That will be a custom build.
