    Dakar XLT Question

    I just ordered a 05' Dakar XLT frame that should be ariving monday. Does this frame support 4mm or 5mm shifter cable ferrules? Thanks, John

    using 4mm on mine, thats what it came with (I purchased a complete 2005 XLT)

    so what do you think of the xlt. Am contemplating buying the 05 1.0 for about 1100....is it worth it?

    i bought an 06 xlt frame, its a little heavy, but handles tight switchies really well, and carves high speed turns, seems pretty tough so far, i really like it

    UPS should be arriving any minute with the frame. Once it's built up and ridden I'll let you know. The components are going to be all different than what comes on the stock 1.0 though.
