Recently had an issue with a 2008 Parker bought 6 months ago from Jenson USA. Cracked frame in rear triangle. Contacted LBS (Greenway Bike in Ocala , Fl.).
In turn Jamis was notified and pictures were emailed to Jamis .
So 24 hours later a new rear triangle is on the way.
Need I say more. As far as I am concerned Jamis service is top notch. Yes there have been issues with cracks but looks like Jamis stands behind their product.
