    26" dragon ride quality

After reading the reviews about the 26" dragon and the fact that you can pick up a nice used frame for around $200 bucks and the fact that it is 650b compatible makes it sound pretty sweet. I currently ride a cannondale f600 bone shaker with headshock. Would a 26" dragon "steel frame" give me a dramatic different ride or should I look into maybe a 29er. I'm looking for more comfort on rooty trails without going full suspension.

don"t know about 26" , but when I tested 29ers the 853 steel was much more comfortable on rocky rooty trails.
