    2012 Exile Comp

Hey guys, I have had my eye on the Exile from Jamis for a while, I was just wondering if it would be a good bike to jump with. The jumps I hit arent massive but are pretty good size. I was just curious if there is another hardtail bike you would suggest for jumping, like the Durango comp or even the exile sport.

Not trying to be rude here, but just saying - the exile, durango, and dakota aren't 'jump' bikes.
A pretty 'good' sized jump would be overkill for the frame, as they aren't designed to take jumps like that.
Bikes like that emphasize 'on the ground' handling as well as light weight, but not really strength or 'in the air' sort of uses.
If you are going to jump, I suggest the Komodo/Parker or maybe even Bam.
Just do yourself a favour and get a bike suited for its uses.
    Have fun.

Thanks man, I just need to hear that. Better to read that than go buy a bike and break it!
