New question here. Ska Todd - question on SGS seat height.

Hey Todd, I was giving my frame the once over and noticed a real small gouge where the seatpost had hit the top of the seatstay yoke. What's the maximum seatpost depth on the 03 sgs dh pro? Or better yet. how much seatpost do I need to cut off of the stock Azonic post so that it won't hit?

    Thanks,
    Eric

hey, I cut an inch off of mine, but the way I could tell was when I had the shock off, I just let the travel sink down to the tire and checked the clearance on it.

Also, tip for covering up the gouge if you have the expert, just use a sharpie over it and you cant tell.

not a bad idea, I"ll try the remove the shock method. The gouge doesn't bother me particularly.
