Calling DW where are you........Considering my local LBS has decided to stop carrying IronHorse because of price and availablity issues. I'd love to hear more about Pivot.Speedub.Nate said:Titus' founder, Chris Cocalis, picks dw-link for his new Pivot mountain bike brand:

Yes, this is what I would call a "major typo" on the part of the Pivot marketing manager. hehAppendage said:Hey, look, the article calls the DWL a "virtual pivot" design even though DW says it's not.
Very neat! Cocalis has been one of the real movers of MTB! Iron Horse - IBIS and now Pivot Cycles. Once again well deserved congratulations to DW. My Ibis is by far the best bike I ever owned. :thumbsup:Speedub.Nate said:Titus' founder, Chris Cocalis, picks dw-link for his new Pivot mountain bike brand:

I assume you're joking and/or trolling, and therefore, no clarification is necessary.agvariant said:Sounds like the pivot is worthy technology. Can you please convince IH to produce a retrofit rear triangle with DW link and the new pivot. I just picked up a Mk III expert last week! I'll make the upgrade. On second thought, I get dibs on the prototype triangle!
I wish I could tell you Michael, but then Chris would have to kill me...SVSocrates said:Dave-
Can you comment on whether Pivot will eventually offer a 6" travel bike, or are you forbidden from such discussion?
Thanks!
Michael
_dw's response sounded like a yes to me. Personally, I've got ants in my pants.SVSocrates said:No worries. I figured as much. Hopefully someone from mtbr.com will hound him at Interbike and he'll let us know.
