I am happy with my small size 7point for easy handling with a 40mm short stem.
near same height 5'7-8", 145lb, ride most up and down trail.

The 3-ways progressive is okay but to less thread on body to fit my ti spring .
Switched to 6-ways + 300lb spring with SPV 75lb, now drive the shock to 85% travel on 3ft jump.

5' 7" small 7point perfect fit with Thompson 45mm stem, straight Thompson seat post and my seat pushed back on the rails.
