    7 point vs 6 point

    Hi guys
I have an opportunity to buy one of those frames and Iwould like to aks you which of those would be better for me. Riding style FR. I have a RS Domain 318 U-Turn(115-160mm). Isn't domain too small for 7 point?
    Thanks for answer.

the domain could work on a 7point, but you usually see builds with bigger forks on the 7point. I rode one with a fox40 the other day!

160mm for a six point is as small of fork as I would want to go. They work really nice with 180mm forks as well.

I run a 160mm lyrik u turn on an 05 7 point 7 and a 160mm domain u turn on an 08 7 point. I keep a 180mm Marz 66 on hand if I plan on doing any downhill. Bikes are used for agressive trail riding in MN.

The 1.5" steer tube forks can be had for CHEAP, get the 7 point frame. A 7 point w/ a 160mm fork will be very similar to stock 6 point geometery. Just slightly heavier.
