    07 IH Azure

I bought this Azure frame with front derailleur, seat post and Marzocchi MZ fork for $200.
My plans are to slowly build it up as an extra bike.

I had to order and install a crown race for the fork.
I put a used cheap stem on the steer tube to temporarily hold the fork on the frame.

The LX cranks, rodeo pedals and seat are from my spare parts box.

I'll post more as the build progresses.

Ran into a problem in trying to remove the thru pins to the FOX Float R shock.

    Stuck/froze thru-pin on a frame shock

After finally get the shock off I was able to rebuilt the shock.
It was nothing to rebuilding the shock!

I'm having problems finding a thru pin to replace the pin that got cut off.

I think this 8mm nut and bolt will work.

Now, the 12mm (24mm) x 8MM reducers (tophats) are on back order

    Good job!

Well after finally getting the frame shock back onto the frame

Buying a used set of rims and Avid BB7 Mechanical disc brakes

With FINALLY nice weather and with the time change, I began the process of the build
Never mind the ugly stem, handlebars and lack of grips.
I'm waiting for an order from JensonUSA to arrive

The Azure really rides nice and I can't wait to test it on some single track!

I'm finally beginning to reduce my extra and used parts box
