I had a similar question to the OP. I'm wondering if Sturmey Archer makes a 3 spd coaster brake hub that will fit BMX (110mm) hub spacing? Its a little hard to tell on their website. Does teh "over the locknut" measurement indicate the hub spacing?

The narrowest OLD available on a factory Sturmey 3-speed is 107mm which will fit ancient utility and children's bikes. The widest is 163mm, designed for fat tire cruiser/low rider bikes.

The old vintage SA 3 speed coaster and rim brake hubs are all ~110mm OLD.
