New question here. replacing alfine INTERNAL assembly.

does anyone know where can i get the internal assembly of the alfine? i think there's something wrong with it, and i don't want to order or re-build an entire wheel just for that, so i thought i would either get an entire shimano 11 hub, extract it's internal assembly, or can i get just assembly itself?

I've had to do this recently. You need to buy a hub unit and swap the guts out from the new hub to the laced hub shell.

The shop I asked about this is familiar with Alfines, and they said the guts alone just aren't available anymore.
