    I love the SDG I-Beam Bel-Air SL on my DH Rig and I-Sky on the DJ - Just don't seat bounce it too hard!
    BUT I tried one on a 100mile White Rim Trail, Moab Trip and it about killed me - My a-- has never hurt like that! I'll stay with the WTB on my XC rides...

    I've ridden a SDG I-Beam that for about 1500miles on a full suspension, and it is supported front and outer rear with room for mid-flex. No complaints yet.

    Works great...no problems here...

    I've been ride n an I-beam Kore seatpost / SDG saddle combo for a year and half without any issues. I LOVE the SDG seat. One thing you DO have to be aware of with the seatpost is that you do not want to over tighten the bolts on the I-beam seatpost. I use a torque wrench and haven't had one issue. I ride AM with some low 3/4 foot drops and rocky XC...

    This thread was started in 2006. Had a few replies. Somehow lived on into 2007. A few more replies. It totally skipped 2008, and then got exhumed for 2009. Nice.

    And what about that fine idea of integrated seatpost?
    Will survive longer than the i-beam?

    I-Beam saddle + adjustable seatpost= not too bad a weight increase maybe
