VPX - OK the Travis is on

I got the Travis 180 (no 200 around).
Looks like the old good Sherman.
No manual , spring maybe too soft , no NOTHING!!! - like buying an OEM fork

Looks great on the UZZI, the hight is right.

OK I did a few minutes ride and a few small drops, I never ride such a comfort fork
it's like ridding on air, and dont forget it's NEW in few more rides it's gona be much better

I think I did right to swap the Fox 36 VAN with the Travis

Looks sweet! Love the orange with the all black fork.

    Is the damping "Intrinsic"?

You said it is plush, I'm also curious about bob when pedaling out of the saddle?

I'm curious as Intrinsic is a variation on SPV.

Yes, damping is Intrinsic on the Single 180 and 203, as opposed to TPC+ with the Travis 150

How is the small bump plushness. I hade to sell my Breakout Plus because the small bump harshness gave me inflamation on the ulnar nerve. It is now gone with the Marzocchi 888R which is ultra plush, but I miss the platform and 1.5 single crown.

In Canada, the 180 and 200 are both available in TPC+ and Intrinsic. In fact the TPC+ came out first on the 180 single crown.

The TPC+ 180mm Travis is OEM so I don't believe it is available for retail. The TPC+ version is spec for the Session 7.

I think that TPC+ and Intrinsic, is the same thing.

on the fork it's writen "Intrinsic damping cartridge system" and on the back of the box that the fork was in, it's writen "TPC+ position activated damping".

Maybe Intrinsic is thenew name for the TPC+.

By the way, I hade some long DH and FR rides with the fork and now I know for sure it's the best fork that I ever ride with (for the UZZI).

I even feel that the 5th shock is not match for that fork and I am thinking to swap it with the CC DB shock.

Negative. They are two different things. You can get a 180mm TPC+ and 180mm Intrinsic here in Finland.

Sweet fork, thinking of putting one on my 7.7. Any updates? Gotten some more rides in on it? How's the pedaling, braking perfomance? Where did you get your's from? i'm waiting for the white ones to come out.

any update of Travis on VPX

    esku

Talking about the riding quality of Travis. How can you compare the small pump absorbption and plushness with Fox Van 36. Any problem in big or small so far? Thanks

The Travis "plushness" is the first thing you feel.
The Travis is built for DH its a little too soft for FR but I like to do every thing with it.

The 36 VAN is not a bad fork (not at all) but for me I like the Travis more

I think that the small pump absorbption is better with the Travis

    My two.......
