    tracer with angleset

Anyone try this? I know the tracer is already pretty slack but wondering if one could make it like a nomad or reign maybe one degree slacker? An external cup on the bottom and zero stack on the top would be perfect. Thanks

I'm looking at the brand new one. its 66.5 degrees, see how it could be with 65.5 degrees.

mine is a 66.5* 2015 model tracer and I thought about the same issue when building it up. I decided to just go with a Chris King Inset #3. I figured if I ever wanted to go steeper, I could get a Cane Creek angleset. If I were a colorado local and riding lots of chair lift access, I'd probably go alittle steeper with my dh and bmx background. but it is a trail bike built up for sedona Az and the 66.5 seems to be just fine. standing next to the rig, it is nice and slack. I choose not to build up a bike for awesome climbing ability. I hate climbing so I just suffer it but never dumb down the downhill experience for the sake of climbing.
