Caution; Merge; Workers Ahead! Suspension Parts

    Hi All,

I ride a 2010 UZZI VP, and am having a tiny issue with my suspension - basically one of the bolts keeps coming loose which leads to some clonking, and me having to retighten it mid-ride. The cause of the problem is the fact that one of the tiny screws that holds the bolt in place is no longer there. Does anyone know where I can get these screws, or what size they are?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Dean

McMaster-Carr is the greatest website ever!

IIRC they are M2? Not 100% sure...I'd say call Intense and ask just to be sure.

I just use the same pins I use on my flats. I find the taller pins easier to clear mud out of in order get an allen key in there. I bought a box and I might never run out...

Even if you use a set screw in there I would still clean the threads of the pivot bolt and use blue threadlock on it. I normally also put a small dip of threadlock on the set screw to not lose it.

I'd get the stainless steel version. Alloy will rust.
    Check any hardware supply store.
