I'm about to pre order the frame but don't know what size to get. I'm exactly 6 ft tall and It seems I'm in the middle of a medium and large size. I'am currently on a large Tallboy LTc with a 50mm stem.

Mr. Intense does the complete bike comes with a black fox 32 float fork? Can you get the a frame only with a black float 32 120mm fork?

I think the build kit comes with a fox 34 fork set at 130mm travel per a Jeff response to my question in another post. Sounds perfect to me.

My question would be the same, can I get the frame and fork from Intense and not the whole build kit together as I do not want to mess with inserting spacers to reduce travel in a stock fork. I "presume" I don't want the stock build kit as I am hooked on carbon wheels after getting Reynolds on my Yeti.

The bike looks great. Had a spider 2 when it first came out and then a Tallboy. Currently on a highball and am looking for a FS. Curious about folks on TB LTc looking at this bike. Are you selling your LTc? Asking as these are the 2 bikes I'm looking at. Loved my spider 2 but drank the coolaid. a 29er version of that bike would be sweet!

I'm always looking...I'm a bike whore:) seriously though, if I knew of this bike 3 months ago I would have kept riding my Banshee Proto until it was available instead of getting the LTc. I do really enjoy the LTc though I feel that the geo of the Spider is very similar to bikes I have really enjoyed in the past and the top tube length is spot on for me. I will be selling my LTc frame once the Spider comes in later this year.

At the risk of falling into marketing taglines, edgonz, I'd say it's more of a "trail" setup with a 120mm in the front and 4.5 in the rear. More AM with 140 in the front and 5" in the rear. I guess that depends on your trails and mountains, though ;)

We have them available for pre-order on our site, along with a sweet added bonus! Who doesn't like free stuff?? Spider Comp frame pre-orders get a free Cane Creek 110 headset, and Spider Comp complete bike pre-orders get a free POC Trabec Race MIPS helmet. spider/tracer surprized me.

sweet bike! nice work.

I wanted to add, Intense wasn't really on my radar,
but at outerbike last week, I rode 10 plus bikes and

1. spider comp
2 Yeti sb 95
3. tracer 29er
4 tracer 275
5 tallboy ltc

nice work Intense!

for info, Mr. Intense, did spiders have 130mm fork on them at outerbike? i thought they were 140's in the fox 34.

thx!
holiday
