Spider 29 vs. Spider comp 29

I am currently riding the new version of the Spider 29 and really like it but I am a bit intrigued by the Spider Comp and considering a upgrade to this

If you have some experience with both these frame I would love to hear about it. Especially if the slacker Spider Comp climbs as well as the Spider 29 and if it is worth the upgrade or if I should use money on some carbon wheels instead

Hey Danish, Iīm Spider 29 owner since two years ago and really I like too much this bike. I have been thinking about the Spider Comp and buy it, I donīt tested it, but finally I choose to change the weelset for a carbon enve AM rims!
I think that both bikes are differents. Spider Comp is designed for more agressive trails, 140mm fork and dropper seatpost, and the Spider 29 is for XC intended use. Both are greatest climbing bikes, with the Comp you can get a lightweight long travel trail bike, but with a XX1 groupset and lighter wheelset your spider 29 will be an agressive XC-All-mtb with less weight!
    I think so!!!!
