    Slightly bent

Is there a way to bend back the rear triangle where the derailler hanger is located? It is slightly bent in toward the wheel.

    Thank you for any suggestions.
It's not the falling that hurts, it is the sudden stop at the bottom!

Cheap method... (with your derailleur installed, insert 5mm Park 3 way allen tool and try to gently push upward to bend it back away from the wheel). It won't be as strong as it originally was so take care.

Park Tool makes a (DAG) Derailleur alignment gauge that you can use to bend the hanger back to a degree. Again, It won't be as strong as it originally was so take care.

    Good luck.
