    Nice pair of bikes!

The only problem you'll have is determining which bike to ride!

agreed, I got a pretty good handle on the local trails and which would work better though. on trips it will be hard to choose which baby to take. hopefully both!

ok ill change the original post and include the specs, as you will see with the specs the SS is my baby. the socom got the stuff off the slopestyle or stuff i had laying around. plus some stuff is cheap cause i go through der's to fast

oh and the weights are accurate, i got one of those fancy hang scales for christmas.

After weighing thousands of parts (it seemed) while building up my SlopeStyle and M6, I'd say your weights seem about right. No arguement here!

Ha, thanks man, definately completely different builds than yours though, I don't think we have a single part in common on either of our frames.
my franken-socom is what i already had or what i could get for cheap. should be a good bike to man up and go faster/bigger.

I love the red fork on the red Socom. That's a solid build for sure. I'm sure you're going to be stoked on it. It's the perfect compliment to the SS. Gonna be a killer season coming up.

    yep sadly,
I needed the money to pay for school (6 G's for paramedic school upfront ) but with what i have left i am putting a down payement on a canfield jedi frame in 2 weeks. By the time they come out in april ill have enough money saved up to pay the rest and build it.

luckily i made 150 dollars more than what i paid between selling my fork and frame
