Any chance of some pics of a built Raw and Chrome black one, or at least ready frames? Would like to see if I should get a standard color, or just get a custom color right away

Looking to upgrade my Socom over the winter. I was originally thinking 951 and going for a build around 38 lbs.

Just wondering what would be the advantage of the M9 over the 951? I ride BC/Alberta Canada so we def. have some gnarly/technical trails, but coming from the Socom, the M9 almost seems like overkill? The 951 would be a little lighter and a little more efficient for pedaling... so its hard to see the major benefit of the M9.

That said... the M9 raises the bling factor pretty high.

    No, M6 is 10.5 x 3.5, M9 is 9.5 x 3.0

Chrome black....ohh, it will be beautiful with my Gold Chris King hubs,...and perhaps an CCDB.

This frame will be available with this Shock or only with the RC4 ?

Can get the CCDB. Think it was another 250 with a steel spring.

Not sure if ur Chris King hubs will work. Need 150X12 spacing

Cause people whine about the low BB all the time. They want an all mountain M9!!

I would like to see 13.7856 BB.... if you know what I mean!!

The BB numbers were with a 580mm AC like the Zokes the team runs, it is easy to get the BB down to 14" with lower AC heights. The team guys have been running a bit higher this year with the courses on the circuit and they feel like they can pedal more of the rough stuff and not going through so many pedals & cranks.

If I could change one thing about my M6, that's what it would be.

Mr Intense... Point well taken; however, my hope is the higher BB with the M9 doesn't sacrifice the cornering ability of the M6... which was/is probably the best cornering DH bike around for a variety of reasons (leverage curves, pivot points, axle paths, COG....etc.) but far too technical for this discussion.
