    Intense Online Store

Figured I'd share this link, as many people out there may not be aware that we offer parts, softgoods, etc on our online store here:

    http://store.intensecycles.co/default.asp

If there is anything that you are looking for and is not listed on the store page, please post below and let me know! Also, remember to always support your local dealers as they can make these parts available locally!

    Safe shredding to all

    Cheers,

    Sam @ Intense

Yikes! I think I'll wait until pricepoint has the shirt in stock. $14 to ship a $21 shirt is a bit too steep.

It was $14 to ship a t-shirt from Cali to Arizona, about 400 miles, that makes it a $40 shirt.

Yeah, the shipping prices definitely could be better. They should offer USPS Parcel Post or even Priority Mail for US shipping. So much cheaper.

The UPS Ground shipping selection for my 27.5 disc brake adapter was $13. Added a pair of the sweet-ass Intense socks to help soften the blow. Only raised the shipping another $1

Sam - I have bit the bullet on my soft goods purchases and paid the high shipping. UPS is probably the most expensive option. Fed Ex ground and or USPS much cheaper!

I also think Intense is missing out on valuable revenue. How about some jerseys? - Wicking T's with awesome Phoenix logos?

Socks? Love them. Have 4 pairs - but why put in so much great stitching on the BOTTOM of the sole? Sock Guy quality is okay, but Swiftwick is way better.

I agree, use USPS/flat rate and I bet your sales would quadruple. I went to the site 3 or 4 times to order t-shirts, hoodies and decals only to cancel because of the shipping cost.

I need the washer-spacer to use with Uzzi VP G3 dropouts. I know that i need 22X12 (12mm bolt) or 22X10 (normal QR) washer but i don't know where to purchase. Are those misures correct? Could you make it avaiable in the store?

I guess you didn't manage to sort out cheaper shipping then Sam? $53 to ship to the UK and no one here stocks them and Extra UK won't import them

I'm purchasing my first Intense after being a loyal Yeti owner for several years. I know Intense isn't as big as Yeti but I wish they would start producing more soft goods ie hats, shirts, sweatshirts, riding shorts/jerseys, etc like Yeti does. Anything in the works down the line?

As someone else mentioned, it would be great if you guys would sell bearing pullers and bearing kits like Santa Cruz. I know you're not as big, but it would be awesome to support the home mechanic a little more.
