Installing new box link for Intense M9 (pressing and removing bearings)

Sam over at Intense was nice enough to email me and tell me I had the option to have my frame re-finished at the factory.

I'll probaby wait until next season as the paint is ugly now but the bike still rides fine. The main upgrade I will do is the newer lower box link. Of course my bolts were always coming loose and the hardware (bolts, set screws, clips) is now tired and worn out.

I know I have to get new bearings pressed in, which isn't a big deal. But what about pulling them out of the frame. RRP has some pretty good tools for pressing and pulling bearings but they don't have anything for how the bearings are situated on the M9 (and a lot of other frames out there)

What have you guys done to get the bearings out? Fanatik Bike in Bellingham WA isn't too far so I'll email them asking how much they would charge in the meantime.

There are lots of threads on this topic, but a hammer and sockets work fine if you have some finesse.
