    HardEddie, what size?

I am 5'8 and 30 inseam, longer arms. Not a great jumper but like to ride off things and wont shy away from hopping around.

Will a small be better han a medium? I do a lot of hard climbing and training on steep terrain, that is my concern for a small that might be too small.

Also, how do u guys like his bike on the downhill side of a xc race course? I almost hate those super unstable feel that is normally associated with xc hardtail. Is the hard eddie going to disappoint?

Personally I think you should go for a small. (I'm 5'11 and my medium fits me perfectly)

As for downhilling, the Hard Eddie won't disappoint. I raced it in a pretty technical series over the summer, and I had no trouble keeping up with guys on FS bikes.

Get this bike. I can assure you that you won't regret it.

I say try a medium, I'm 5'11.5" and the large fits me perfectly with a 70mm stem and a flat bar.
If I had a black light this place would look like a Jackson Pollock painting.
