Cracked 951 rear end, any tips how to contact Intense?

I have an Intense 951 frame with. G3 rear end. The rear triangle cracked. I e-mailed Intense about 8 times, but never got a response.

Anyone have any tips?

Go through your dealer to warranty it. That is the mo and fastest way to get it done.

Hi, i have excactly the same problem with my 951FRO. I went to intense dealer here in Athens, Greece, the guy was very helpful and he took pictures of the cracked rear and emailed them to intense. I have also personally emailed intense cycles for the same reason. One week later and still no reply from intense.
