Good job! Carbine: Wheel off center, SOLVED

Ok, I think this info might be useful for some of you Intense owners.
I have read some posts where people have problems with the rear wheel being off center and rubbing the seat stay. Me included.

I got qr at first and found out that they were cut out wrong, after som grinding the wheel was still off center. It seems there is something else wrong as well....
But, I was supposed to get X-12 d.o, and they came today. To my big relief, the wheel is now in center!

    Check your drop outs !!!

Your X-12 is off center, hmm...
In this picture you can see how my qr looked like. They are supposed to be in line or equal.
Anyway, grinding down did not help :/

If you don't mind me asking, what kind of torque are you guys using on the drop-out hardware?

So I called intense a while back and asked for the Carbine manual...I was emailed the 2010 manual by them...

    http://intensecycles.co/manual/2010_...llbikes(1).pdf

It has a torque of 30-45 in-lbs for the "Derailleur Hanger Bolt".

I checked mine, and they start to spin around 60 in-lbs.

    Hope that helps.

Yeah, that gives me an idea. Thanks!

UPDATE: Intense said hand tighten them. Before I took off the factory installed dropouts, I started with 6Nm and went up until it turned the bolt; 3 of them moved at 8 Nm and 1 at 11 NM. So I tightened them all to 10 Nm with no problems.
