    New question here. Cable rub

I run a 3X9 XTR on my carbine. When in the long travel mode the tire rubs, heavily, on the front derailleur cable under full compression.
    Any solution, other than 1X?
I ride the road to trail systems regularly, & like my current gearing range.
    Helpful hints appreciated, Thanks, Kit

Post a pic of your cable routing.

It sounds like he is using the left side cable posts and it is wrapping behind the seat tube. Change it to the right side and run it over the linkage. I had the same issue with mine and this is how I fixed it.

Hey,thanks that's the way I'm currently running the cable. Nice curve to the derailleur & it shifts well. I'll try your suggestion today
