Biggest tire on Carbine 275

Just wondering what's the biggest tire you've put on the back of your 27.5 Carbine. And what rims are you running. I do live in the north east so I have to leave some room for mud.

I have 2.35 nobby nics mounted on enve am rims. No issues with mud so far
