    Amazing customer service at Intense Cycles!!!

    I had my bike shipped out of town to do some riding, ups damaged it in shipping. I call intense to buy new front end......I have the pieces i need to ride within two weeks. AWESOME.

    I have ridden Intense Cycles since 2003. Also had my fair share of warranty issues over the years and the crew at Intense has always taken care of me. From personal experience I rate their customer service some of the best in the industry.
