    951 EVO photo album

    Hi all,

I haven't seen any posts like this one yet so I thought I'd get it started. It's about time we started sharing our EVO build photos, I'm sure there's plenty more proud EVO owners out there that will hopefully post up some pics of their pride and joy!

    Here's mine:

    CCDB coil (steel 400lb)
    Dorado Expert fork
ENVE 275 DH wheelset on DT 240 hubs
    ENVE DH bar
    ENVE post
    X0 drivetrain
    Code brakes 200/200
    Descendant cranks/X0 guide
Maxxis High Roller 2 tyres DH casing (2 ply)
    Straitline AMP pedals w/DH axles

Current weight - 17.0 kg with pedals (37.4 lbs). Will shed a bit of weight once I run a Ti coil and tweak a few other things.

The ride? Like nothing else out there. 62.5 degree h/a and 27.5" wheels make for an incredibly stable but still playful bike. It's a weapon.

Nice rides! If I upgrade to the Evo, we'll have matching rides. You're even rock in' the bling kits on both bikes.....

Moonman... sweet ride you got there. Are the dorados the standard version or is it the newer 650b specific version. Any idea whats the diff?

Hey Nocular the Dorados are legit 650b forks, the difference is in the offset of the crowns, corrects the steering geo so it feels like a bike, not a truck.

I'm surprised this place is so quiet :-)

Almost have mine completed. Just finished re-lacing my Hadley's to Flow EX 650b's today. Still need to do a once over on all the bolts, align the brakes, and get some DH tires on it(HR II wirebeads and Flow EX's didn't want to cooperate at all so I threw some old trail tires on for the time being).

    Large Frame
CCDB (500lb coil, not sure if this will be too much yet. I ran a 450 on my Uzzi)
    Marzocchi 888 RC3 Evo Ti
    Easton Havoc Direct mount stem
    Answer Protaper 780 DH bars
    Hadley/Flow EX
    Hope V2 brakes
    Shimano Saint Shadow Plus Der
    E-Thirteen LG1+ cranks and ring
    Straitline Silent Guide
    Thomson post
    WTB Saddle

Can't wait to get this thing on the hill!!
