951 cracked rear end, please help.

    Hi
My 951's rear end developed a crack at the chainstay. I have to mention that i only use the bike for recreational downhill with my friends and not racing it or freeriding. After reading some forum posts i realised that this type of damage is no news to intense. Anyway, i took my bike to intense dealer (here in Greece) and a couple weeks later he confirmed that the part will be replaced under waranty. Today and after 2 months since that day i still have no news on this claim, but what makes things worst is that nor me neither the dealer received any further reply on our several email messages send to intense whithin this 2 month period. Sorry Intense but when someone pays 2500 Euros just for a frame he must receive a much better treatment.
For the record here are some photos of the crack.

unfortunately, Intenses' rep. on cracked or broken frames & dealing w/ the situation in an acceptable timeframe is terrible.

First try to contact Kiffisia Bike since its is the authorised intense dealer. I know that there is a group of people trying to get their claimed parts from intense. It seems that my case is one of them and there are also parts for other pople that are coming too.

    the email of sam is
Its sam@intensecycles.com. Although he mentoned that he is not handling overseas customers, he is a very helpfull guy.
