Hi!!!

Is there any good snow out there for this weekend?
Looking to get on the snow this weekend to XC ski/snowshoe. I've already ruled out Bogus since they are closed til further notice. Almost gonna write off the Idaho City Park & Skis too...guess I'll just have to call the grooming report later tonight. Anything good in Valley County (Ponderosa...Cascade...Warm Lake...Brundage)? What about Stanely or the Highway 75 corridor. Or is everything in central Idaho turning to slush and melting away? I think the snow level is 7000 feet if not more.

Thanks
Nick

Upper elevations in the Sawtooths got dumped on with heavy, wet snow -- one to two feet in places. For lift-served, SV is probably a great bet with a foot and a half in the last two days. Backcountry places that did get snow, however, have a high avy danger. Mores Ck. Summit got 2-3 inches of rain so Idaho City area is sloshed. Also, Highway 21 is closed at Grandjean. Good Luck! I know the snow is out there -- just might take some getting to get the goods. This global warming thing has got me pretty damn down right now.
