    Snow Ride - Boise Foothills

After my nice pedal with CBro last night in the snow flurries, I had a feeling the trails would be nice up off 8th St. this morning. I was not disappointed. On the way to CB park, I saw about 15 smashed up cars on the 184, both sides of the fwy. I took a lousy pic of the worst (a 7-car pile-up) and took it nice and easy. It was slipperier than a snotty doorknob out there.

    3.Nice view of the Owyhees

    More delight

Ran into flip and RRB coming down Hulls on their SS's with their dogs. Nice to meet RRB, Lua, & Jake. Hope you ride was as fun as mine was.

1.The rocky section was a tad slick to navigate. I walked it.
    2. Stream shot
    3. RRB & flip - good to see you guys out there

No sofa surfing for me, thanks.

    More shots from today:

It was gorgeous out there but should be ugly, wet, muddy by the time anyone reads this...

I'm guessing those idiots were from Canyon County? Let's hope so.

....but I'm guessing they were feeling the typical "invincibility" of their big trucks/SUVs. Guess all it takes is a think layer of ice and their all-season radials to go spinning out of control. Wanted to test out their crash test rating apparently. Hope nobody got too jacked up..

You guys are horrible. I drive a big SUV and live in Canyon County. A little "hollier than thou" are we I get that vibe a lot from here...

Anyway, cool pics. Your determination is inspiring.

I drive a small American made SUV and live in west Canyon County. I still don't know why I moved outta Parkcenter . My commute sucks turd balls!!!

And yes, I've seen my fair share of wrecks during my commute to/from downtown along 84 and alot of them involve either big trucks or big SUVs.

    1. Yes we may be horrible
    2. The pics speak for themselves - all big trucks or SUVs. My wife has a van so I have nothing against larger vehicles driven appropriately
    3. Not personally holier than thou (ask anyone who knows me - I'm the scum of the earth), but thanks for asking. The board vibe on the other hand - it's all good fun.
    4. Belay is baggin on Cyn County, not me.
    5. Come ride with us out in the snow, it is a blast.
