    Long Canyon

Rode Long Canyon the other day as a loop. I totally understand why people shuttle now. 43 miles, 6000 vert, 7h35m. Ugh. Trail is in great shape. Lots of water available on the climb.

I've heard of people doing it as a loop going up the Parker trail too... but for mere mortals I think shuttle is a great option.
