    this board is tiresome today

I know, I know you need electricity to compress the air but it is still pretty dang cool. Besides with a big roof rack you could still get to Bogus and the Owyhees..

    cool vid dingle..

unfortunately..politics ultimately determine the products, etc. that we use on a daily basis.

here's an interesting article that i saw yesterday.

the headline reads: Philly Plumbers Upset by Waterless Urinals

    here's the link:

people do not choose the leaders in a democracy. special interest groups do.. i.e money chooses... i.e. you pat my back, and i'll pat yours...

    sorta....i don't know much..

but, i think halliburton gets those jobs because no one else is willing or CAPABLE of doing such difficult jobs.. so as far as jobs being awarded to company A or halliburton..i think more times than not...halliburton is the only company that applies...

now..the pricetags for the jobs is debatable...

and, i'm not a repub or dem...i just try to look through the spin both sides put on every issue.

He was defense secretary at one point. He often set policy on how DOD spent their money. He later became a board member/CEO of Halliburton....

I think if you talk to some people...other companies are capable of doing those jobs, but are somehow left out of the bid process...
