    Good job!

    BoiseRidge Rider
I been lurking around this forum for past couple of weeks and made a few posts, so I thought I would chime in on this tread as well.

Location - Meridian , work in Boise

    Age - 46 years young.

Bike - Current bike is a Red 06 Stumpy from Ken's. Love it!

I don't think I ever had the pleasure yet of riding with anyone from this forum.

Brew - Any! Like micro brews the best but to help keep the weight off , drink light most of the time.

Favorite trail: The Ridge to Rivers trail system, keep finding new trails to ride. Also, want to explore the trails around McCall and Tamarack. Also, been to Moab a couple of times back in the 80's. Want to go back to see what was changed.

Been MT biking since college. Grew up with motorcycles, but in college we all start to ride MT bikes. Took a few years off to play RB. But then 3 years ago, I got the bug again and started to ride the Foothill trails on my old MT bike from college. Well I soon realize that I was too old and fat, 6' 2" 220 lbs, to ride a old bike with no suspension and 18 speed biopace gearing. So I purchased a used Specialize Ground Control bike. It was my first full suspension bike. This open up a whole new world. Then last fall I got my new stumpy.
Again a whole new world opened up. Now I ride 2 to 3 times a week and in the winter maybe once a week, conditions permitting. Love that night riding in the winter.
Want to try XC racing this spring, just to say I have done it once. Probably get smoked, but it could be alot fun.

    Tweed Cycle (aka AK)

Location (of photo) Jewel Basin, MT but I live in Boise. I grew up in Missoula and moved to Boise for grad school.

    Age: 30

Favorite Beer: Beer. Anything made in Missoula but esp. Bayern Doppleboch and those sweet cans of Cold Smoke. Boise has a lot to learn about microbrews compared to Missoula.

Ride: Schwinn Le Tour, Redline Monocog

I'm new to the forum scene, but so far it seems like a nice community.

Adding to the roster, aka Graham

Location - CdA for the last two years, Portland before that.

    Age - 34

Bike - 2004 Cannondale F600, FS to be named later (this fall hopefully), bianchi veloce for the road and kona jake the snake for cross.

Brew - Pilsner Urquell in the summer, can't be beat. Guinness or Black Butte Porter for the winter.

Favorite trail - Sovereign in Moab, locally I mostly ride Canfield, trail 29 being my favorite.

Been riding since 1991 when in college at OSU (Go Beavs!), Corvallis is a great bike town. Started on a Specialized Hard Rock, and shortly upgraded to a Cannondale M800, the old "Beast of the East". Switched to road primarily while living in Portland, but I've really enjoyed getting back in to mountain biking in CdA. I'm fortunate to have some great trails just a couple of miles from the house, hard to beat riding from the garage...

    I live in pocatello
    race xc a lot
I have lots of bikes: a nomad, voodoo ss (my favorite) a carbon xtc and also an anthem.
Not sure if I have ever ridden with anyone on this forum unless it was at a local race.
beer, I drink everything. PBR is preferred if I am buying. I need bike parts so I am a minimalist when it comes to catching a buzz.
maybe I'll see some of you at Tamarack.

Don't know how I've missed this so far, but here goes:

Where do you live: Anaconda, Montana
How old are you: 35, rapidly catching up on 36
What's your primary bike: trick question; I rode my rigid ti. 29er single speed more than any of the others last year, but I still reach for my Vicious Cycles Groover 29er, Strong hardtail 29er, Titus Supermoto, Surly Pugsley, Independent Fabrication Crown Jewel Special Edition roadie, Bontrager Cyclocross, Bontrager Race Lite, Fisher Klunker, Bianchi Pista, and some others including the Ventana El Comandante 29er single speed 80% built now
Who from the board have you ridden with: nobody as far as I know; I'd like that to change
What's your brew of choice: it varies a lot season-to-season, currently Blue Moon Winter Ale, Big Sky Powder Hound, and Framboise Lambic for special occasions.

If you have a photo of yourself, post it so we know what you look like! Pic. taken last Spring up the Rattlesnake in Missoula (ignore the date).

This is me warming up for the Bohart Bash race. I've usually got more hair on my face.

Cool, actually I was the race promoter for the Disco. race this year. I do recognize your face, there weren't that many racers at the Butte 100. I'm considering doing the Spirit of 76 at York next year, man that's a fun event.

Spirit of 76 on the SS??!! My dad did the York 38 on his 29er SS this year, pretty cool for pushing 60 yrs old. Passed through Anaconda yesterday, made some turns down Raith (sp?) Hill for this year's first tracks.
