Placed an order for Blue XL today. Word on another thread was that XLs might not be shipping until after mid-summer? Time to hunker down and wait some more I guess.

Hans, would it be possible for you to give some general info on when the different sizes will actually be available for shipping?

I need an XL as well. When I called Ibis this afternoon Aaron (I believe it was) told me best case late May...more likely early Summer. I asked to clarify if "early Summer" meant June-ish timeframe and he said yes.
Maybe I completely misunderstood the intent of this "tight lipped" release but I thought the......"we wont release any info until everything is ready to go and we are ready to ship" meant there would be ample stock in all sizes....not just one size?

Like you I'll wait it out and I'm not pulling my pre-order from the dealer I've ordered with but a quick clarification from Hans would be greatly appreciated.

+1 Does anyone know how demo units work with Ibis and their LBS's? I heard they have over 1000 pre-ordered frames/completes that need to be ship. I can't imagine that local shops are going to set aside some of their inventory for demos. Does Ibis have a few frames set aside to ship to their larger partners that people will be able to test ride? Has Ibis announced a schedule for a demo tour?
